An application framework is built on the application server which is able to operate fully with the developed WEB screen control framework on the application server. By introducing such a framework, the only dependency of program development is the interface with the application framework and thus removes the need of the program to be aware of the CORBA interface. If the operating application is developed using COBOL, this provides an environment that has a legacy system in place that allows the only dependency of development is for the program to be aware of the COPY operation used in the interface.

Using Java servlets and a CORBA application server, the WEB screen control system and the operating application system can be separated. Using this framework, the WEB server can be developed independently. Thus, on the WEB server only general purpose servlet applications and screen control related processing of applications are performed. Since the WEB screen control processing is completely independent of the operating application, the only restriction/dependency of developing the operating application is the interface to the servlet.

The main business sales management system was divided into four subsystems and incorporated into an integrated system, which is managed by an information intensive system that references the companies web intranet.

A client-server system which is operated via a GUI interface installed on a client's office network. (see diagram below). Such is the design, that even across a WAN-LAN system all information can be shared. With the GUI management layer and the database management layer, it is possible to design a database according to a client's every need and desire.
